Nailian is an excellent babysitter, super affectionate, punctual, and always willing to help, she has taken care of my daughter for the last almost 4 years since my daughter was a baby, my daughter is turning 4 years old and she will go to school for that reason we no longer need Nailian full time however in our house we love her and I am sure she will find another family where she can help and give all her love.
