Naila worked as a live-in nanny for our 6-month-old son over the span of a summer, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has a warm and nurturing demeanor that instantly put both our baby and us at ease. She followed our routine meticulously while also offering helpful suggestions for our son’s care and development. She was excellent in handling daily tasks like feeding, changing, and napping but also took the initiative to engage our son in age-appropriate activities that helped his growth. Her positive attitude and flexibility made her a joy to have around, and we always felt completely comfortable leaving our son in her care. She seamlessly became a part of our family, and we were sad to see her go at the end of the summer. Anyone would be lucky to have Naila as their nanny, and we wholeheartedly recommend her for any family looking for someone caring, professional, and reliable.
