Naihomy is a genuine person with a big heart. She's empathetic and caring. I've worked with her at her daycare before and seen her hands on providing care for children of all ages. She has excellent communication skills not only with the children but also with parents and co workers. She knows how to make children feel confident and comfortable. She has excellent learning skills. Prepping activities and having a routine is something she's really good at. Her energy is always on 100%. She's very responsible, always on point with attendance, paperwork, and communicating with parents for a child's needs and concerns.
