Naicys was great with our kids. She has prior experience caring for multiple toddlers, was very flexible and understanding of our crazy work schedules, prepared home cooked meals for our kids, took them out to places like petting zoos and the springs, dropped off and picked up our oldest from school, cleaned up toys, the kitchen, etc., did arts and crafts, spoke both English and Spanish which was great since we are teaching ours both. All in all, a great choice for a nanny and 3rd parent.
