About Naia

Hi! I have over 7 years of experience working with kids of all ages. I have worked as a full-time nanny for the past three. Along with being an au pair in Italy this past summer. I have a background in Waldorf schooling and practice many Waldorf-inspired activities with the kids I work with. Including arts/ crafts, nature-inspired play, and interactive learning/ games. I have experience with all age groups, as well as working with special needs. My philosophy for healthy child development and cultivating creativity is spending lots of time outside, making art, practicing another language ( I am semi-fluent in Spanish ), and having lots of fun! A little bit about myself, I love to travel, learn new languages and cultures. I am a senior at Cal Poly Humboldt, majoring in Psychology, and plan to go to graduate school to get my LMFT. Clear and direct communication with the families I work with is very important to me.
