I would not hire her. She told me she really wanted to work with me and she wanted the opportunity so I went with her instead of the many other interested parties I had. I told her I needed full time help to help us pack for a move and clean. She said no problem, she will bring all of the supplies needed. Then she came 30 minutes late with no supplies. After only 5 hours, she wanted to leave and she told me she got another full time job, but she would see me the next day but wanted to at least be honest and let me know that she would only be able to come for one more day. I said thank you for being honest so it gives me a day to find someone else. The morning of, she texted that she's not coming for personal reasons. Super flaky and clearly not honest. If you are looking for someone you can rely on, this isn't it!
