About Nahani

I have been doing childcare since I was 10 when I was mother's helper and later as a teenager became a babysitter. I have also worked as a ski coach and a reading tutor. Im currently in college online studying psychology and horticultural therapy (gardening as a therapeutic activity within healthcare settings). I love to be creative, so I will likely show up with art projects/ideas. Happy to help with schoolwork too! I love working with children of all age and personalities! My passions include outdoor adventures, gardening, drawing/painting, cooking, and reading. I'm also passionate about mindfullness and positive psychology. I believe nature based play is incredible valuable to child development and enjoy facilitating outdoor activities. I grew up without a television so you don't have to worry about me putting your kids in front of the TV. When I am hired, your family becomes a priority in my schedule. I look forward to continuing to find wonderful families to work with.
