About Nadya

With 5 years of experience, I'm passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment for children. My previous babysitting roles have shown me that I have a knack for caring for children and helping them learn and grow. I have been a BT for the past 4 years and have learned many strategies and techniques for my clients. Im very calm, and creative, and enjoy working with all children! I believe that communication is key in any relationship, being a BT I have written daily reports/goals for all of my clients. I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, through verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure that they are comfortable and informed. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and providing a structured environment for children. I believe that children thrive when they know what is expected of them, and I am confident in my ability to provide that struct.
