Growing up, my big family consisted of having four other siblings and three that are younger than me. So, I fully understand what entails watching over and keeping children safe. As for my childcare philosophy, I think it is important to create a relationship with the children to create a safe bond and also help aid in their learning process. Our Daughter (3) loved playing with Nadya for the few months we worked together. Nadya is responsible, professional, timely and an overall joy to have around the house. Absolutely would hire again and recommend her to all families that need help!
