Hi , I have many years working with elders . I worked in Retirement homes with them , so therefore I understand that they need TLC . One of the reasons I love working with them is because they give me so much guidance and hope . I love listening to their stories about their life and I take everything I learn from them and apply it to my everyday life. Everyone needs somebody who will love and respect them and care for them as they get older and I feel like I'm that person . I love going on walks and reading with them .
