About Nadene

I have experience working with Children and Adults with a variety of disabilities, and needs. Im experienced in administering medications, showering, dressing, and have provided transportation to appointments, as well as communicated closely with families. I have worked in Residential Facilities, Private Agencies and in private homes. I've done live In work as well as staff training within group homes and recently for a family who lived out of State. I enjoy conversations, cooking, reading, encouraging and listening. For me being engaged and honestly interested is a huge part of my work. Its the discovery of each individual, my creating a warm, trusting and caring environment that makes me feel successful. My reward is knowing I've made a difference and helped not only the person in my care, but those who love them as well. I am certified DSP, Most recently I cared for a woman for 3 years full time.
