My friend and I hired Nadashia to be our full time nanny in a nanny-share situation. She started with our then 7 month and 10 month olds. I then added another baby to the mix when the first two were two years old. Nadashia took the changes in stride. She was organized, created activities for the kids to help develop appropriate age skills, and has so much patience with the children. She was great about sticking to schedules, communicating about all aspects of the children’s lives, and my children love her so much. I will forever be fortunate to have had Nadashia be a part of our family these last few years.
