About Nachi

I have experience working with younger children through work as a teaching assistant at an after-school English language program in Japan. I also have experience volunteering as a tutor at a non-profit for children of single-parent households, as well as a community youth worker at another non-profit that serves and develops positive relationships with at-risk youth. I am comfortable working with children of various ages and backgrounds, and look forward to assist in their growth and wellbeing. I am fluent in English as well as Japanese. I like tutoring because learning is an invaluable experience for children, and because it provides me with an opportunity to aid in their development and wellbeing. In my spare time, I like to work out, read, cook, and look for other work and professional opportunities.
