About Naaila

I'd describe my personality as Fun, sweet, and outgoing! I like working with kids because they bring out the best in you. They are so innocent and I love teaching them how to be themselves, love themselves, but always working to improve themselves. And to love life! I'm looking for a job that promotes fairness and a safe environment for me to learn but also be myself while improving my abilities. In my experiences I've learned to adapt while setting boundaries for myself as I go along. I started working with kids when I was 13. I babysat for family members all the time. When I was out of high school/college I did the same for friends that had babies as well. In my spare time, I like to model, sing, practice guitar, cook, exercise, hair and makeup. My skills include communicating with them to get them to open up, being active so they don't get bored, but also creating a safe space for them to come to me for help by being hands on.
