Myrian is THE BEST. Myrian has worked with my family since my son was born (now seven months old.) We are privileged and truly fortunate for the opportunity to have Myrian in our lives. Myrian’s child care background prior to working with us astounded me. We knew from the start this was the ideal fit. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, tender, disciplined and hard working. She has operated with the utmost professionalism, expertise, care and knowledge. Myrian demonstrates all the quintessential qualities of a seasoned, flawless, high functioning child care professional. She is sharp, intuitive, organized, diligent, communicative, warm and affectionate. We loved her as our nighttime Nanny especially. Our baby knows her and gravitates toward her as soon as she enters the room. He loves her dearly as a family member. She has invested in getting to know him, and fostering his development and growth through all phases of child development. She promptly operationalized and set up systems and structures that enabled us to have solid processes and schedules for the home. She tracks activity, feedings, sleep, and any key milestones meticulously and communicates openly. She is timely and reliable with schedules and flexibility. Myrian has immensely improved our lives.
