About Myra

I have been caring for the elderly since high school. I have been a CNA for over 23 yrs. I obtain my certification from Wake Tech Community College in 2002. My work history includes floor care in retirement communities caring for multiple people with a variety of diagnosis. Which included dementia. Alzheimer, Parkinson, diabetes, high blood pressure amongst many other. I have worked in group homes with special needs adults also. I've also worked in a private setting caring for hospice patients whom was bedridden. My father beginning one of those patients (1987)! I'm currently employed with an agency. Which I have been with for 10yrs. I'm a very compassionate and dependable person that has integrity! My skills includes: monitoring safety, incontinence care, feeding, meal preps, mobility, activities that stimulate mind and body, light household chores, companionship My motto is "One day WE all will be SENIORS and hopefully have caring, loving and responsible caregivers in our life."
