Greeted parents and caretakers as they dropped off their children, providing answers to questions, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes. Noted any and all special requirements, including food allergies. Organized events and activities for children. Distributed snacks and meals. Monitored children, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times. Maintained strong knowledge of the primary caregiver model, emphasizing attention to individualized needs of each child, promoting self-worth and development through supportive care giving. Facilitated interest and sense of discovery with children. Provided attention, bonding, and communication for all children, co-workers and guardians. Maintained absolute compliance to all company regulations as well as state and federal safety and sanitation requirements.
