About myka

I have watched newborns, toddlers & kids with special needs. My responsibilities have included driving to and from school along with helping them with homework, online learning, bathing, medicine, taking them to events and appointments. I also provide cleaning, cooking and pet care. I manage these responsibilities by maintaining a detailed schedule. I also create multiple ways of staying in contact with parents. I make sure to keep them informed of their child's progress. In case of an emergency, I remain calm & assess the situation quickly. I have taken classes in CPR/AED along with first aid to ensure I can handle medical emergencies effectively. Although my experience with special needs kids mainly obtains to kids with autism, my comfort with animals has no rage as I am comfortable with all sizes/breeds of animals.
