As a passionate caregiver with four years of experience, I'm dedicated to fostering the growth and happiness of children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My calm and creative nature allows me to connect with children on a personal level, providing them with a nurturing and imaginative environment. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any arising issues. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize understanding and patience. Whether it's engaging in outdoor sports, playing board games, or solving puzzles, I find joy in creating memorable experiences with children. My educational background includes a college degree, as well as coursework in early child development. Additionally, I possess certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. Iwork full time as a Registered Behavioral Technician for children with ASD, in grad school to become a BCBA.
