About Mya

As a certified registered nurse, I've had the privilege of nurturing the growth and development of children. Specifically, I work in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit where I provide family centered care to children of all age. My passion for fostering their well-being and making a positive impact on their lives is what drives me to provide exceptional childcare. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to ensure their peace of mind. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on a deeper level. I find great joy in engaging them in outdoor sports, physical games, and imaginative play. I have experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence and am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time.
