About Mya

I started working with kids when I was in my early teenage years mostly personal experience. I started when I was about 16 years old, I had two younger cousins that I watched after school. This included helping them with their homework, prepping lunch as well as dinner, story time, and nap time. On weekends when I did not have to attend school, I would help with weekend homework, take them on trips to the park, create informational but yet fun games to help them learn, and of course story time which was their favorite. I did this for about 3 years and in between I had a few summer jobs working in schools with kids. In these schools I would help students with their class work, as well as pass out lunches, and supervise children on playing grounds. Ultimately, I have a few years of experience working with children but I would love to expand that experience as well because working with kids is a passion of mine.
