I've spent the last eight years as a dedicated childcare provider, nurturing and educating children of various ages. I am a soon to be nursing student looking for something to work with my schedule! My passion for caring for children stems from the fulfilling experiences I've had in previous babysitting roles. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships with them and their families. I believe in open and effective communication with parents, ensuring they're well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I adapt to their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal updates during pickup or regular text or phone call updates. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I maintain a firm yet nurturing approach, ensuring children understand and respect boundaries while feeling supported and loved.
