About Mya

Hi! I have 5 years of childcare experience as a babysitter and behavior technician. I have volunteered at my church for various programs over the years and babysit for many families on an occasional basis. To become a behavior technician, I completed a 40 hr program based on child behavior and development. I am a college student majoring in sociology, and I have a musical background. My previous jobs required being CPR/First aid certified and completing live-scan fingerprinting. I also have a letter of recommendation from the children's minister at my church regarding my involvement in the children's programs! Two policies I ask parents to agree to when booking me include giving me 24 hrs notice if there is a need to cancel (I follow this too although I never cancel) and paying me for the full time I was booked for due to me possibly rejecting other opportunities to babysit at that time.
