As a caring and experienced childcare provider with 5 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles allowed me to witness firsthand the positive impact I could have on children's lives. This motivated me to pursue a career in childcare, where I can continue to make a difference. My patient, calm, and creative personality enables me to connect with children of all ages. I believe in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I keep parents updated about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have completed some college coursework and hold First Aid Training certification.
