Mutima has been a caregiver for our family for over 5 yrs as she helps when our full time caregiver goes on vacation or we travel without the children. Tima started when our youngest was 16 months old and our oldest was 4 yrs old. The children love her as she is creates fun engaging activities for them while incorporating a learning experience. She has assisted with helping our family potty train our youngest son, transitioning with sleep schedules and a multitude of parenting techniques that have helped us while learning things as new parents. Her approach is always professional and supportive. She is extremely knowledgeable about child development and informative. Her approach with children is gentle and they gravitate to her naturally. We are blessed to have found her at a time when we felt like there was no one else we could trust with our boys. Tima is like family and I am amazed how she gracefully balances her personal and professional life.
