About Muriel

It's crazy to think that I've been babysitting for 18 years but that's probably because the fun never ends! Since junior high, I've been watching newborns to pre-teens and enjoying every minute of it. Cooking meals, getting them clean, and making sure they're asleep by naptime and bedtime are givens. I love to celebrate and help develop whatever natural inclinations and talents your children have. I'm an activities-driven babysitter in hopes that they'll flourish and grow with every hang out. I like going outside to play in the park on a Saturday morning just as much as pizza and a movie on a Friday night. I'm not afraid to play the 'I'm in charge' card if necessary, and I try to utilize every teaching moment. In addition to babysitting, I work in the fashion industry. I enjoy style, beauty, art, pop culture, reading, running, doing yoga, and spending time with friends. I'm also a certified meditation teacher and enjoy teaching and practicing meditation.
