About Mu

Hi! I love working with kids. I have 5 nephews & nieces under the age of 10 and another one coming in June. I love spending time with them. Some of the things I enjoy doing with them is taking them to the playground, taking a stroll at the park, and getting ice creams. As the weather gets cooler some of the indoor activities I like to introduce is reading & coloring. I also enjoy card games & board games. If the child prefers to relax, we can watch a movie. I currently work in higher education. I go into the schools to provide academic & social support and mentoring to high school students. I enjoy working in the education field because of my personal experiences & being a first generation college student. I have experience working with all age groups. My available hours are 5 p.m. to 9-10 p.m. Mondays - Fridays. I am open to helping a couple of weekends here and there. I am uncomfortable with dogs. I hope to overcome this fear someday.
