I am currently working towards my bachelor's in elementary education and working as a lead teacher at KinderCare outside of school, it's so fun! At my job, I have loved exercising my enthusiasm for teaching and getting to know the families while becoming part of their 'village'. The children in my class are primarily 2 years old, but I have had experience with kids ages 3 months to 5 years. My favorite thing about working with children is watching them explore everything and discover new things. It is amazing how quickly they learn and grow! The most rewarding thing for me is seeing the impact of what I do and say to the children on their thinking, attitude, and development.
