About Moria

I'm Moria, and I have a passion for taking care of children, and I've spent over 30 years working with them in different capacities. I helped in the nursery at church when I was old enough, and have led children's programs as well. Several of my previous jobs have included interactions with kids (like Disneyland and Build-A-Bear). I have been a nanny for a 3-year-old little girl, and later a 6-week-old as well. I currently work in a daycare where I've been for over two years, caring for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years. I'm certified in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and INS (Infant Nursery Supervisor), which means I have extra training working with infants. I miss being a nanny, getting to focus on just one or two kids... having the freedom to play games, go on walks, doing crafts and sensory projects, reading books, going to the zoo or the museum, coloring and building forts... and creating a relationship of security, trust, and fun.
