About Morgen

I am a college graduate from Willamette University with a degree in Women's Studies and Anthropology. Over the years, I've built a strong background in childcare and education, working with kids in a variety of settings. As a camp counselor, I worked with children ages 8-16 in both group and one-on-one settings. I also spent three years as a full-time nanny in Salem, caring for two children (ages 3 and 5), while managing light housework, meal prep, laundry, and school/activity transportation. Beyond childcare, I spent a year working for a non-profit in Portland that provided after-school care and tennis instruction to underserved kids. I also recently transitioned from a career in Trust & Safety and Incident Response in tech, where I developed strong problem-solving, communication, and crisis management
