As a caregiver, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. I am patient, creative, and approachable, which allows me to connect with children and build strong relationships. Open communication with parents is essential, and I provide daily written reports and use the parents' preferred communication method to discuss their child's day and address any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and development.
