About Morgan

Hi there! My name is Morgan and I am an adult medical surgical nurse with experience in pediatric intensive care nursing. I have an extensive work and volunteer background with children both within and outside my profession in healthcare. I'm excited to relive my camp counselor days with childcare opportunities :) I'd describe my personality as charismatic, open- minded and easy going. I like working with kids because from my days as a camp counselor at the local park district in 2019 to the year I volunteered as a virtual English tutor in 2020 during the pandemic lock down and the few months I worked as a pediatric critical care nurse - work didn't feel like work and that is why I love the kiddos. In my spare time, I like to read, take walks around the city especially along the lakefront trail and listen to podcast about literally anything. My skills include creativity, communication, compassion and patience.
