About Morgan

I grew up in a large family where early on I naturally stepped into a caregiving role. After the passing of my grandmother, I took the initiative to manage the household responsibilities and provide guidance for the younger children. This experience shaped me into a capable and compassionate leader at a young age. For the past six years, I have been the primary caregiver for a family with two young children. With the father being a professional athlete who traveled frequently, I was entrusted with full responsibility for the children's daily needs, including school pick-ups, preparing meals, and ensuring their overall well-being. I believe in resolving conflicts through open conversation, empathy, and understanding. I strive to maintain a positive, happy atmosphere in everything I do.
