I was Nanny to child with special needs from August 2018 to March 2020. I provided care for a 6-year-old with severe down syndrome Monday - Friday from 6-8 a.m. then again after school, 3-6 p.m. I would make and feed him breakfast, pack his backpack with bottles/ lunch, assist him with transportation on and off of the school bus and assisted with wheelchair whenever needed. I carried out instructions from family / teachers regarding the childs safety procedures and special care.
