I'm Morgan, an experienced nanny who delights in making connections with children of all ages (and abilities!) in public schools, day programs, summer camps, and private homes. No matter the setting, I've found that humor, honesty, and healthy boundaries are the key components to a thriving relationship between nanny and child - and this only helps Mom & Dad, too! And that is the goal: to support your day-to-day to run a little smoother, keeping your kiddos engaged and challenged in your absence. I've had plenty of experience creating lesson plans (utilizing a variety of tools and techniques), planning field/day trips (splash pads/water parks, petting zoos, farms, etc.), planning daily projects or explorations within the community (trips to the park, library, museum, children's theater, beach, pool, etc.), and encouraging growth using age-appropriate materials.
