Hi! My name is Morgan. I am currently working a 8-5 job as an RBT/CAA (registered behavioral technician/clinical admissions associate) and looking for some evenings or weekends to work. I have previously worked as a certified nursing assistant (CNA)/patient care technician (PCT) for the last four years. I have worked on the pediatrics unit at Loyola Medical Center as a PCT. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have been working with children and adults of all ages since I was 15 years old. If it is nice out, I love taking the kids outside; going to the park, playing with chalk, sitting outside, etc. If it is not nice out, I love doing games, puzzles, and crafts indoors. In my free time, I love archery; more specifically teaching others how to shoot archery, as I am a certified teacher. I also love reading, attending mission trips, country swing/line dancing and trying new things.

I interviewed Morgan via video call. Morgan was great in the interview and we hired her pending the background check and meeting in person. I paid $80 for a full background check and then when it came to the day to meet in person we got a text that her family member was in a serious car accident and she needed to take her of the family members children (which was right before 4th of July weekend). We agreed to reschedule to the following week then the day before her rescheduled time she wanted to reschedule again for another 2 weeks. We agreed but she had to complete another video meeting with us and explain what was happening with her family. We never got a text back after that until a few days ago and she said she was back in town and ready to meet. At that time we could not trust her to be responsible and reliable with our children. We ended hiring someone else.
