I've been a dedicated childcare provider for over 8 years and I'm passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. My journey began when I discovered my natural aptitude for childcare while working at the YMCA. Since then, I've been working with kids from all ages, in leaders programs and after school activities at the JCC. I pride myself on being patient, calm, and friendly, which allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that I follow their preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and address any concerns promptly. Enforcing household rules is second nature to me, as I understand the importance of structure and consistency in a child's life. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in various activities, whether it's outdoor sports, board games, or whatever sparks their interest.
