About Montserrat

Being the oldest of 5 children, I have been babysitting from a very young age. I was employed by the Saugus Union School District in working after school child development programs. While working for the district I was able to supervise k-6 grade for 3. 5 yrs. Before working in child development, I began working with Diabetic Youth Services at a summer camp for children and families living with Type 1 diabetes. In my spare time I currently volunteer at camp and several non-profits for Type 1 diabetics, with that being said I'm fully capable of administering insulin shots, managing insulin pumps and full knowledge on carbohydrate counting.
