About Monserrat

Hello, my name is Monserrat, and I am a recent grad from the University of California San Diego and earned my degree in Public Health. I'm working towards starting a master's program in Education to become an educator. I'm currently looking for one time babysitting jobs during the school year. I love children, I truly believe they're bundles of joy. I have two beautiful younger sisters that are 9 and 11 years old, I've helped care for them since they were young. I've volunteered at my local church back home as a catechist teacher and I worked with children ranging from 7 to 10 years old. Through this volunteer opportunity I worked with special needs children. As a retreat leader during high school, I worked with pre-teens and teens. I enjoy working with kids of all ages, I learn as much from them as they do from me. I am currently working at a middle school as a student mentor through the UCSD Center on Global Justice.
