Monique is kind & amazing, and we had a great experience with her (unfortunately my work situation changed, otherwise we would have been lucky to have her as our nanny for the long haul)! She has an upbeat, friendly, and positive attitude. From the first day in our home, she made an effort to have a connection with each child, really get to know their individual personalities and interact with them all & provide them each loving care. Monique felt like part of the family, and with a nanny in your home for so many hours a day, we felt so lucky we found her, who we all felt comfortable with. She took attentive loving care of my infant, sang her songs, danced with her, read her books, walks, taught her hand expressions, I really saw my baby blossom under Monique's care! She was also so quick at helping tidy play areas/kitchen areas. During nap time, Monique would stay busy and make everything organized & clean! She has a gift with children, I felt safe and secure with my kids in her care!
