Monique cared for our 15 month old toddler and 2 dogs full time 9-4pm. She was truly an extension of our family and I am so glad we found her. She was not only kind and patient with our son but supportive and encouraging. He was in the process of learning to walk and she was always thinking of ways to help him through this milestone. She juggled caring for him and our dogs and never missed a beat. We also loved her flexibility with our schedule - I worked from home and with some work days extending her day and others shortening it, she was always willing to adjust her schedule. I would recommend her to any family looking for someone who genuinely loves children!
