Monique was our family’s full-time nanny from the summer through early Fall of 2023 for our 3 year old son and 4 year old daughter. I cannot say enough how much we loved having Monique as our children's nanny. If she was not moving to California, we would absolutely still be working with her now. It's hard to capture how amazing Monique is in one post, but I'll certainly try. Monique is one of those rare gem caregivers who parents come across and automatically know that you want her to work with your family. It’s hard to find caregivers as dynamic as her and who cares so deeply about the job and about your children. And, as a bonus, she is so easy to like and get along with for parents. She is trustworthy, has great intuition and knowledge about children, is able to manage difficult child behaviors like a pro, is extremely creative and engaging, and shows up everyday to work on time with an incredible amount of care, energy, and warmth. Everyday she put me in awe with the creative activities she came up with for the children that helped them to learn, grow and develop in such fun and exciting ways. I loved how she really took time to understand each child and how beautifully she connected with each child. Your child will certainly feel valued, important and cared for by Monique if you choose her as your caregiver. I would recommend Monique without hesitation. She will listen to your family’s needs and exceed your expectations with her high level of professionalism, experience and warmth. She shows up everyday on time and works hard. Her energy and excitement in life is contagious and our family feels so grateful to have gotten to spend the summer with her as our nanny.
