Monique has been a nanny for our 2 kids (3yo and 5yo) for 10 months. She is very reliable (rarely calls out sick or is late) and our kids adore her. She is always coming up with fun things to do with them like building a fort and dubbed Friday "Princess Day" in our house, which they absolutely love. We are still using Monique as our nanny, but need to drop down to part time due to both kids in school full time this year. She tries her best and never sits around waiting for me to tell her what to do - she looks around and finds things that need to be cleaned/straightened, which we really appreciate.
