About Monique

Hi! My name is Monique, I consider myself a natural-born caregiver living in Poway. I am a PT behavioral therapist and wellness facilitator. I work M-F from 4pm-7 p.m. for special families in home and looking to take on more work to fill my time where I can be in my natural nurturing energetics! I love children and have always been passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. With three years of experience as a nanny and 10 years of childcare, I am patient, calm, and creative, and I strive to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and thrive. I have a strong understanding of early child development, and I am skilled at communicating with parents about their child. I am also very comfortable with keeping a schedule and I am always looking for ways to make a positive impact on children's lives. I cook, change diapers, sing for nap time and love playing outside. I am First Aid and CPR, and I have experience working with special needs children.
