About Monica

I'd describe my personality as confident, intuitive, and logical. I'm great at avoiding chaos with creative communication. I love working with kids because it brings me joy to teach, assist, and enlighten youth of all ages in a way that impacts their futures. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, reliable, and one that provides open communication. I will be bringing my 2-year-old with me. I started working with children when I was pregnant with my twins in 2012. I have 4 children ranging in ages 2 to going on 12. My skills include teaching, structure, and creative negotiations. I do the best I can to avoid triggering language to avoid meltdowns and can be persuasive in a greatly influential type of way.
