About Monica

I'd describe my personality as creative, cheerful, and independent. I like working with kids because although of course it can be stressful at times, I love seeing kids growing up and learning how the world works in their own way. It's more fun being around to help them and know that you contributed to a kid growing up as the best version of themselves that they can be. I had little babysitting jobs for my brother and his friends but the main kid I would watch growing up was my brother. He's six and a half years younger than me so even when I was little, when my mom would go to work it would be my responsibility to care for him and I've still been doing that 12 years later. In my spare time, I love writing, but if the weather is good enough I love doing outdoor activities.
