About Monica

My father-in-law lives in an assisted living facility here in Santa Fe and we needed extra help making sure all of his needs were being met. We were so lucky to find Monica and we all think she's the greatest, including my father-in-law, who has nothing but praise for the ways in which she makes his life better on a daily basis. Having been a nurse for 29 years, I've worked with many caregivers and healthcare professionals, and I can say unequivocally that Monica is one of the good ones. She's diligent, thoughtful, and thorough, takes initiative, and always goes the extra mile to make sure she delivers the very best care. Monica always alerts us to any changes in his health, lets us know what groceries and supplies are needed, keeps the apartment clean and tidy, and conscientiously tackles every task we request of her. Having Monica caring for my father-in-law brings us great peace of mind. We know that every morning he'll be in good company, be well cared for, receive a nutritious breakfast, and be ready to face the day. When we were gone for three weeks on our honeymoon this past summer, we were confident that Monica would be on top of things and communicate with the home health nurse if anything arose that required extra attention, which she indeed did. Monica is a truly superlative caregiver, obviously cares about the people she provides for, and regularly demonstrates infinite patience, kindness, and compassion. Taking into consideration my years of experience in the healthcare field and the many caregivers I've observed in action, I offer Monica my highest recommendation.
