Monica has cared for my grandma for the past year. She is extremely patient, understanding, caring, resilient and flexible! She has great availability, willingness to come in and cover shifts, and an excellent responsive communicater. This was an especially difficult year for my family, especially regarding my grandmas symptoms of paranoia and aggression. Monica handled it all very well and always with a positive attitude.
