Monica has been working for our family part-time over the past six months supporting us in caring for my elderly mother with dementia. Monica is everything one would hope for in a caregiver; communicative, punctual, organized, patient, thoughtful and most of all caring. Monica ensures a clean, healthy and safe environment, she bathes and dresses my mother, cooks meals, engages her in genuine conversation, facilitates physical and mental activities and ensures my mother's safety at all times. I know with Monica my mother is safe, and well cared for.
