Hello families, I am a fun loving and responsible caretaker. I have been an Art and Spanish teacher for over 20 years, and have worked with kindergarten - 12th grades in private and public schools. I also have been a nanny to many special children, infants - 12 years of age. I have excellent references and love the families I am privileged to work with. I speak Spanish and some Italian. Children are very special to me and they have a lot of fun with me. I respect them and communicate well with kids and they really seem to enjoy me as a caretaker. I have built long lasting relationships with all those I work with. Although I have a lot of fun being a caretaker, I am big on respect, manners and responsibility. I love doing art projects and going out to the park for some outdoor fun. On rainy days, I love to read books and I usually bring a huge bag of activities with toys and fun games, as well as music, to dance around to. Available for full time or part time.

Monica nannied for our son since he was two and we strongly recommend her. We traveled quite frequently and our schedule was ever-changing and demanding, but Monica always showed up with a smile. Since she is also a Spanish teacher, we used her talent to bring in Spanish as a second language for him. She spent time reading and doing art projects as well as prepared meals with needed caution as our son has several severe allergies to foods. We think she's one in a million.
